You Ji YV-1200 ATC

Whether you are turning disk brakes or large castings, Cyclone vertical turning centers are the right machine for the job. If your work pieces are hard to handle or irregular, let gravity work with you by turning the parts vertically. You Ji vertical lathes start with rigid cast iron construction. Then we add either heavy duty linear ways or rigid box ways that are best suited to the size of the machine. These are the machines you can count on for easy part loading and reliability. They are compact and easily inserted into an FMS.  Our new YS-25 machine is an inverted spindle model that comes with a parts stocker for unattended operation.

Our 11 models of VTC's are offered in 25 different configurations. The many different configurations in tooling systems include gang style, vertical turrets, horizontal turrets, live tool turrets, and automatic tool changers with a #50 taper tool attachment. Sizes range from the YV-200 series machine with an 8" chuck and 15.7" swing to the YV-2500 with a 100" chuck and a 118" swing. While the YV-200 series is powered by a Fanuc high torque spindle motor, all of the other models are driven by 2 speed gearboxes to enhance spindle cutting power.

All Cyclone VTC's are loaded with standard features. Features that you need for producing parts efficiently like a high volume coolant system and chip conveyor, spindle orientation, and high performance Fanuc CNC systems.
